Whereas I think most of NA's projects stay at the levels of cults and sacrifice, this album attempts to get at the monstrosity they sacrifice to... and by god is it sublime. Consummation sounds so deliciously evil in particular. The production and atmosphere on this album are impeccable. Easily my favorite Black Metal record ever. You. Need. This. Bennick

"Then arose the Great Dragon with seven heads and ten horns, and the garden was made desolate"
"This is Leviathan, the crooked serpent"
This kind of badassery is all over the album. Together with an unforgiving storm of drumming and a torent of guitars makes for a great album.
The 3rd dark ambient track isn't really my cup of tea. But the rest of the album fills in that void. rizendoekie
